These terms govern your use of lcskillsacademy.com and participation in programs offered by LC Skills Basketball Academy LLC. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or submitting a form on this site, you agree to them.

Memberships & billing

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled: Skills $149/mo (1x week, 4x month), Varsity Prep $249/mo (2x week, 8x month), Elite $349/mo (unlimited academy workouts).
• The Academy Drop-In Workout is $55 and is valid for 7 days from purchase.
• Sibling discount: buy one, get one 50% off with code lcsibling. One discount per family unless stated otherwise.
• Sessions are allotted per calendar month and do not roll over unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel a membership by contacting us before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period. Individual sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed sessions without notice are not credited.

Free trial session

The free trial is one complimentary academy group session for new players, subject to availability and coach placement. Limit one per player. No payment information is required to book it.

Conduct & assumption of risk

Basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Participants and their parents or guardians accept that risk and confirm the player is physically able to participate. A separate waiver and medical release is signed before the first session.

We expect coachable, respectful conduct from players and parents. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program for conduct that affects the safety or experience of others.

Communications

Where you have given consent, we contact you by text message and email about scheduling, sessions, billing, and academy announcements. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. The full messaging program terms, including how consent is collected and the fact that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Media

We photograph and film sessions for academy media. Tell us in writing if you do not want your player's likeness used and we will honor that.

Intellectual property

The LC Skills name, crest, site content, and program materials belong to LC Skills Basketball Academy LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LC Skills Basketball Academy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
