LC Skills Basketball Academy LLC ("LC Skills", "we", "us") operates lcskillsacademy.com and provides basketball training services in River Oaks, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Parent or guardian name, player name, player grade and level, email address, mobile phone number, training goals, availability, and anything else you type into a form on this site.
• Payment information. Membership and drop-in payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Usage information. Standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.

How we use it

• To schedule and confirm free trial sessions, group sessions, and drop-ins.
• To send you appointment reminders, schedule changes, and academy updates by SMS or email where you have consented.
• To process membership payments and maintain account records.
• To answer your questions and improve our programs.

SMS consent is never shared or sold

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All information described in this policy that relates to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services strictly for the purpose of delivering those messages. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messaging program

We send text messages about free trial scheduling, session confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, membership and billing notices, and academy announcements.

• How you opt in. By checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting your mobile number, by texting us first, or by giving written consent in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your activity with the academy. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your carrier's rates apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to end all texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. To rejoin, text START or submit a form again.
• Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, call or text 817-653-1644, or email lcskillsacademy@gmail.com.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Consent language used on our forms: "I agree to receive text messages from LC Skills Basketball Academy LLC about my free trial, scheduling, and academy updates at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

Service providers

We share information only with vendors who help us run the academy, such as scheduling and CRM software, our SMS and email delivery providers, and our payment processor. They receive only what they need to provide those services and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Children's information

Our programs serve athletes ages 9 and up. Registration and communication are handled through a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for help.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out of email.
• Contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your player.

Data retention & security

We keep member and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or SMS.
